Snow Day!

What do we do with a surprise like SNOW!?

We PLAY of course!

Then…  we IMAGINE, REMEMBER and CREATE!

"One day I was having a sleepover with 3 boys.  One was named Simon. He was 8.  Simon's younger brother was Gus. He was 6 and Gus's younger brother was Benjamin. He was 2.  It was Benjamin's first sleepover.  Benjamin awoke very early and yelled SNOW! NO! and tugged me out of bed to the window and yelled, "snow, snow!" and woke up everyone in the house!" something gently,

slowly land on

your windowsill waiting

for you to awake

like an angel

as you wake you

look and see

snow swirling,tumbling

around a shimmering
